Ephraim was born was born in Epworth, Harare, in1992. His parents passed when he was a toddler and he was brought up by his Grandmother.
At seventeen, he was invited by renowned artist, Dominic Benhura, to learn to sculpt after he met him at Newlands Clinic, a place which assists orphans, widows and widowers. Ephraim proved to be passionate about sculpting, and came up with his own unique designs, for example insects, such as butterflies, and reptiles, such as tortoises. These pieces are much sought after by Collectors and Gallerists.
This well mannered young man is an inspiration to many other young people in similar circumstances. It is pleasing to note that he managed to finish and modernise the house he grew up in with his Grandmother. We believe he is destined to great heights.
